I had an outstanding experience with this plumbing service from start to finish. Their responsiveness was truly impressive—they answered my call right away and scheduled service much sooner than I expected.
What set them apart even more was their impeccable communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through the solution without any confusion or pressure. It’s rare to find a team that is this transparent and professional.
The work itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean, and I felt confident that the job was done right the first time.
If you’re looking for a reliable, communicative, and highly professional plumbing service, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

We recently had a clogged drain at our home and called Cowboy Plumbing in Mesa. Alonzo handled the job and was fantastic to work with. He showed up on time, quickly found where the blockage was, and had the drain cleared in no time. The work was clean and the pricing was fair. It’s hard to find honest contractors these days, and we’ll definitely be using Cowboy Plumbing again. Highly recommend!!

I’ve used Cowboy Plumbing several times over the past few years, and they’ve been outstanding every time. I first hired Alonzo after buying a water softener from Home Depot. He was the first to respond with a quote, and his fast communication and fair pricing made the decision easy. The installation was clean, professional, and done right.

About a year later, I bought a new bidet from Costco and already knew the existing toilet had some issues. I wanted someone I could trust, so I called Alonzo again. He and his team repaired the toilet flange, installed the bidet perfectly, and even gave me a quick tutorial on all the features.

He’s also helped me with repairs at my rental property, including replacing a leaking shower faucet. Same great experience — quick response, quality work, and fair pricing.

Most recently, my water softener had an issue (not related to his original work). Once again, Alonzo responded quickly and had it running again in no time.

I own multiple properties, and Cowboy Plumbing is now my go‑to for any plumbing project or repair. Reliable, honest, and consistently excellent.
